Working from our state-of-the-art facility in Droitwich-Spa, we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team.

The working hours for this role are 37 per week.

The Role

Specialized Employee Relations Expertise:
You'll be the go-to person for providing expert advice and guidance on all matters related to Employee Relations. From resolving conflicts to managing disciplinary actions, you'll oversee the entire process with sensitivity and professionalism.


Championing Employee Engagement:
Be the driving force behind our employee engagement initiatives.

From crafting effective communication strategies to conducting insightful surveys and developing action plans, you'll be instrumental in creating a workplace where every voice is heard and valued.


Driving Policy and Process Improvements:
Analyse industry trends and organizational data to identify areas for improvement.

Your keen eye for detail and strategic mindset will help us implement policy and process changes that drive positive outcomes for our team.


End-to-End Recruitment Management: Take ownership of our recruitment process from start to finish for direct hires and work closely with our Recruitment Team to support indirect hires. You'll provide invaluable support to hiring managers, offer interview guidance, and ensure seamless contract issuance to top talent.


Empowering Managers:
Equip our managers with the skills and confidence they need to tackle Employee Relations issues head-on. Through tailored training and mentorship, you'll empower them to navigate complex situations with ease and professionalism.


Harnessing Business Metrics for Growth:
Leverage data-driven insights to proactively identify areas where we can excel. Your ability to interpret business metrics will guide our decision-making and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications:


  • CIPD Level 5 or Equivalent (or working towards)
  • Employment Law Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience:


  • Minimum 3 Years' HR Generalist Experience
  • Minimum 2 Years' Experience in Handling Employee Relations Issues
  • Strong IT Knowledge, Intermediate Level MS Excel
  • Ability to Identify Root Cause and Implement Actions.
  • Relationship Building and Proven Negotiation Skills
  • Experience of Improving the Competence of Others
  • Ability to Manage Stakeholders and Expectations
  • Prior Exposure to Businesses with Organized Workforces
