TH Recruit is exclusively working with one of the UK's largest privately owned Property Development Companies as they recruit for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their Midlands based region located in Derbyshire.

This position has become available due to continued success and growth, offering some flexibility for remote working but will be predominantly office-based.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial concept/feasibility stage to detailed design. Managing consultancy project fees.
# Appointing topographical and utility surveys.
# Vetting design for commercial compliance.
# Assisting Land and Development teams with site feasibility appraisals.
# Responding to site construction issues.
# Supporting the team with discharging planning conditions.
# Managing S38/S104/S278 Legal Agreements with Solicitors.

To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate effective communication, relationship-building skills, ability to deal with contractors, review costs and programmes, and ensure infrastructure compliance and quality on-site.
