A Hybrid working model

Department Summary
GPS is the creative production building based in the heart of Soho.

We have teams of offline editors, colour graders, 2D artists, CG & MGFX artists, sound designers and of course producers to manage the jobs.


We get involved with production as early as possible in order to advise on the best route through what can be a complex process.


What does an Audio Producer do at Hogarth?


As an Audio Producer, you'll be managing the production of a wide variety of sound projects, including podcasts and audio / radio ads, audio post-production projects including digital, cinema and immersive / experiential, and adaption of commercials for UK markets and globally.


You will be responsible for managing budgets, casting voice overs both in the UK and throughout Europe, scheduling VO records and directing VO sessions and mixes.


Working across a variety of accounts and ad-hoc projects, you will liaise with agencies, production companies, foreign studios, UK casting agencies and the internal account teams to ensure the efficient production across all media.


Responsibilities

  • Producing audio content including podcasts, radio / audio ads, and audio for TV, digital and cinema and immersive / experiential projects.
  • Managing project budgets and administration
  • Constant contact with the scheduling team

Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to Executive Producer, Sound.

You will work closely with a team of audio producers, content producers and post-producers.


You will work closely with the other members of the audio department, including our team of sound engineers, as well as content producers, post-producers & internal account management teams.


Requirements:


  • Excellent manner on the telephone, in person and online
  • Experience working within an agency or facility / studio
  • An understanding of the wider production and postproduction and advertising industries
  • Excellent time management skills & multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • Comfortable using systems, including IT ticketing systems
  • Ability to adapt to new working methods & practice technology advances
  • Form good working relations across the board
  • Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines
  • Seeking out new business opportunities
