This small, family-run nursing home in Southport is seeking a Night Care Assistant to work - 3 night shifts a week.

Shifts are 8pm to 8am.

Rated as "outstanding" in care and "good" in all other areas by CQC, the home is a very friendly and supportive place to work with an owner/matron who values the happiness of both residents and staff.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsibilities include providing the best quality care to all our residents, support with personal care needs and help with residents night time and morning routines.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous care work experience is not essential.

You must be someone with the same values, be committed to learning and developing new skills, be someone with great ideas to help us continuously improve the already "outstanding" care we provide.

Please note, to undertake this role you must have had both COVID vaccinations and be able to provide proof. All current staff and residents are vaccinated. PPE is worn. Temperatures taken daily. Uniform washed on site.
