Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor and attention to detail.

  • Perform general landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
  • Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Remove weeds and unwanted vegetation from gardens and landscaped areas
  • Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment for groundskeeping tasks
  • Assist with the installation of new landscape features such as walkways or irrigation systems
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
  • Knowledge of basic gardening techniques and plant care
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
  • Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance

Salary:
£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
