We are looking to recruit two experienced Heating Engineers with a passion to provide a customer focussed service to join our established team as either a Service and Repair Engineer or an Install Engineer.

    Reporting to our Assistant Manager Heating our Heating Engineers assist with the maintenance service and upkeep of our properties specifically in relation to annual gas servicing, breakdown, installation and heating systems.

    What will you be doing;

    • Install and upgrade domestic heating systems in accordance with business schedules and budgets
    • Carry out servicing of domestic heating systems
    • Diagnose and repair faults in domestic heating and plumbing systems and renew heating and plumbing fittings
    • Issue certificates for gas works in line with legislation and the Group's policy and procedures.
    • Liaise with customers and clients providing updates on planned and completed work, providing a customer focussed service and promoting a quality company image.

    What we are looking for;

    • Hold up to date A.C.O.P.S. certificates and Gas Safe registration for domestic and/or commercial gas
    • City and Guilds qualification relevant to role
    • Experience of working as a Heating Engineer with domestic and commercial heating, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and services
    • Knowledge of Health and Safety, Legislation / Regulations and experience of maintaining and monitoring a safe working environment.
    • Experience of working in a variety of working conditions including working at heights, using ladders, scaffolding and confined spaces.
    • Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the northwest
    • Ability to participate in a on-call rota covering evenings and weekends
