Global Fintech Company operating within the Insurance Markets currently seeks an Agile Coach to play a key role in the delivery and enhancements of a range of SAAS products for brokers and underwriters.

The role is an active Agile Coach position which work at Team Level (not Enterprise Level) whereupon you will coach across technical delivery teams, product owners and managers as well as business stakeholders and clients, mentoring and guiding team membersto resolve issues to specific challenges and improve Agile processes.

Whilst there is a focus on Agile/Scrum with the successful Agile Coach will work to introduce and coach different methodologies such as Kanban, Lean, Extreme Programming (XP) or Feature Driven Development (FDD), where appropriate.

This will include the introductionof elements such as OKR (Objectives & Key Results) frameworks and retrospectives at team facilitation level with extensive use of metrics.

All of this will be undertaken with a focus on Product Management and aligned to the product roadmaps.

As an Agile Coach,you will advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them, drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organisation is at the forefront of industry best practices by championingthe use of metrics and other objective measures across team(s).

We are searching for an Agile Coach / Agile Delivery Manager / Senior Scrum Master who has a background in Agile/Scrum servant leadership, albeit at a senior level, but who has undertaken Agile Coaching within this role.

You will be comfortable working withina full, strategic Agile Coaching capacity whilst being familiar with all Agile/Scrum meetings/ceremonies, artefacts, roles and processes and be able to assist teams and stakeholders understand agile practices and frameworks.

Additionally, you will have workedwith (ideally coached) other Agile Methodologies such as Kanban/Lean/XP/FDD and be comfortable conveying the benefits of these and how best to approach their implementation at Team Level and possibly have introduced OKR retrospectives.

You may have been working within a Fintech Company, Insurtech Company, Insurance Company, Asset Management Company or Reinsurance Company, onsite via a Consultancy, Software House or elsewhere within the financial services arena but bring a combination of AgileServant Leadership and a technical background, having worked in various capacities within the industry (project manager, development manager, product manager, scrum master etc) in your past career.

Excellent organisation and communication skills are pre-requisite.
CSM, PSM, CAL-E, CAL-O or PMI-ACP preferable.
