Senior Service Desk Engineer / Up to £29,000 / Cambridge


TEC Partners are currently working with an excellent organisation based in Cambridgeshire who are looking to add a Service Desk Engineer to their growing team as they continue to add talented people to the business to achieve their business growth targets.

  • Experienced with VMware vSphere 6.5 infrastructure
  • Previous experience working in a similar IT Helpdesk or Service Desk role.
  • Strong customer service abilities with both a professional and friendly attitude
  • Previous experience with Active Directory and Ticketing Systems
  • To want to learn and develop within the business and enhance your skills
  • An ability to coach or mentor other members of the team and supporting them with both 1st Line or 2nd Line issues.
