Description

Sales Support:
Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and document management.


Customer Interaction:

Interact with customers to address inquiries, provide information about our solar products and services, and assist with order-related questions.


Quotation Preparation:
Assist in preparing accurate and timely quotations for potential customers based on their specific requirements.


Order Processing:

Handle the complete order processing cycle, ensuring all orders are accurately entered into the system and monitored until delivery is complete.


Documentation:
Maintain and organize sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and customer records.


Sales Coordination:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up on sales leads and opportunities.


Inventory Management:
Keep track of inventory levels and assist in coordinating product deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.


Reporting:

Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics to assist the sales team in tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.


Customer Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and address any post-sale inquiries or issues.


Requirements:


  • GCSE or equivalent in English and maths; a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional departments.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the solar energy industry or renewable energy is a plus.

Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
