Compliance Coordinator:
- Taunton, Somerset
Up to £25,000- £32,000 PA (Dependant on experience)
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)

Based in modern, open plan offices (with their own bar for a celebratory Fridaytipple) you will be working closely with your colleagues in a buzzy team environment.
This company is keen to speak with people with a background in compliance.Or alternatively, you may have an undergraduate degree in Law, Economics or Business Studies and a passion to pursue a career within compliance.
Could this be your next career move?
- You will regularly review supplier accounts and obtain new quotes where necessary.
- You will perform company Risk Assessments to understand risk level, significance and scope.
- You will monitor and understand relevant national and international laws, regulations and internal policies.
- You will manage voluntary best practice relating to professional standards.
- You will investigate irregularities and noncompliance issues, ensuring that your findings are recorded and followed up with management so that issues can be rectified.
- You will educate employees on not only the regulations, but also the impact on the organisation if these aren't complied with.
- You will report back to Directors on current risk and compliance performance.
- You will contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation.
- You will review company Contracts and Terms & Conditions.
- You will attend and minute the weekly management meetings.
- You will complete Client Supplier Questionnaires.
- You will help to create and realise marketing strategies such as social media campaigns and industry exhibition design and content.
- You will review marketing materials, presentations and websites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You will assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests.
- You will perform various general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects).
