The ideal candidate must have a proved track record as an operations manager or an area manager that is ready for the next step in their career and has worked within the Independent School sector.

will be overseeing up to Independent school in the Hertfordshire and Surrey area .

The operation manager will manage client and stakeholder relationships whilst ensuring contractual compliance and adherence to company policies. Your accurate at reviewing business performance to hit the delivery of key financial targets.
Encourage and inspire teams to achieve targets and enhance performance which drives results
Conduct regular performance reviews to set objectives and provide coaching and support to deliver results
