What you'll do

As a Change Manager, you'll be managing complex stakeholder relationships to make sure delivery is in line with our operational requirements and that it's aligned to customer and business needs.

As such, you'll oversee key projects and work with relevant teamsto deliver strategic platform deployment.

Your other key responsibilities will involve:

Working with local, regional and global stakeholders across the business to translate business requirements into functional designs
Leading the analysis of how changes to the business operating model will impact existing procedures and driving recommendations on approach
Collaborating with and influencing technology partners to drive system improvements and resolve incidents
Ensuring the successful deployment of changes to our systems by providing business system support and managing communication with the business
Overseeing business critical MI to meet assurance and compliance objectives
