    Overview:

    Our respected client, a leading law firm, seeks a driven and commercially-minded Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join their established team. This exciting role offers the chance to gain invaluable experience working on a wide range of high-profile commercial matters alongside a supportive and experienced team.

    What you'll do:

    • Craft and negotiate diverse commercial contracts (sales agreements, shareholder agreements, service contracts).
    • Conduct thorough legal due diligence for corporate transactions.
    • Support mergers and acquisitions, drafting documents and liaising with clients and professionals.
    • Provide clear legal guidance to clients across a spectrum of commercial matters.
    • Manage your own caseload and consistently meet deadlines.
    • Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to a positive client experience.
    • Conduct in-depth legal research and create clear, concise legal documents.

    What we're looking for:

    • A qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
    • Excellent communication, writing, and research skills.
    • The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
    • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    • Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving.
