- Working as part of the primary servicing team on a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
- Collecting and analysing Borrower reports (Rent Rolls, Operating statements, Covenants, etc.).
- Liaising with borrowers, guarantors, asset managers, property managers.
- Representing clients and investors on a daily basis through the role as a facility agent or primary servicer.
- Supporting and working with Legal and Senior Management on the closing of new deals.

I have a client with a fantastic reputation in the CRE world who is looking for an associate to add to their Asset Management team. Here, you will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
