    Talent Acquisition Partner – Corporate functions

    Location: Hybrid working based in England with easy access to London and willing to travel two days a fortnight

    Salary: £60-73,000,000 + benefits

    The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the development of recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies as well as developing new innovative recruitment approaches to support the UK and Ireland business units. We are looking for two Talent Acquisition Partners that can excel in a fast-paced high growth environment with demonstrated experience in sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and candidate relationship management. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the best possible talent will be hired through a partnership with the Business Leaders and Talent Acquisition alongside partnering with key external recruitment partners.

    You will execute external recruiting, act as the key contact for candidates, drive recruiting strategies, and build/maintain stakeholder relationships with DE&I in mind.. You will interface with business leaders to deliver qualified talent to fill critical roles and provide market intelligence to drive recruiting business outcomes.

    Managing the full lifecycle recruiting process across multiple disciplines and geographies of the company. The primary purpose of the position is focused on candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, and offer management. A heavy emphasis is placed on sourcing passive candidates through networking.

    The role:

    Partnering with hiring managers to ensure open positions at a senior level are filled in a timely and cost-effective basis.

    Providing initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screens or interviews where applicable.

    Assisting in the training of users on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and implementing a new system (i.e., departments, job seekers, etc.).

    Working within ATS to screen resumes for dissemination to departments.

    Keeping pipeline of strong candidates, specifically for frequently filled positions, to support the organisations growth.

    Identifying and engaging with candidates from a variety of sources including college campus efforts, networking, internet strategies, virtual and in-person job fairs, and social organisations.

    Managing the process of creating offer letters, coordinate with onboarding and other assimilation programs within the broader organisation.

    Creating workforce planning plans and strategies that ensure diversity, high quality, organisational and cultural fit throughout the recruiting process.

    Participating in the development and implementation of career development and retention plans.

    Work collaboratively with the broader Human Resources in the development, implementation and administration of programs, policies and procedures.

    Developing a compelling and strong employer brand across a variety of geographies

    The person:

    Degree educated or equivalent

    Progressive in-house recruiting experience in Retail, Hospitality, Supply chain, food manufacturing industries

    Ability to effectively present information to leadership teams and influence at a senior level

    Intellectual rigor ability to influence high potential talent pools

    Strong networking skills and the ability to build solid relationships and credible reputation within company

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Strong understanding of trends in recruiting

    Ability to work independently

    Strong presentation and written communication skills

    Computer literacy and Microsoft Office competency

    Demonstrated proficiency using an Applicant Tracking System

    Professional integrity and confidentiality

    Strong interpersonal, organisational, time management and problem-solving skills

    Ability to travel across the UK and Republic of Ireland

    Must be able to work a flexible schedule when attending recruiting events and as required
