- You are a dynamic QA Engineer passionate about technology and teamwork, thriving in an agile environment. You deliver high-quality solutions, mentor junior members, and contribute to planning and technical solutions.
- Improve internal Quality Assistance processes in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring QA standards are established, coached, and followed.
- Gather test requirements based on industry standards (ISO9001, EN and design testing to meet acceptance criteria using various languages and technologies.
- Manage effective test ware control, maintain and version control test packs, and encourage automation design principles and best practices.
- Participate in defect identification, replication, and communication, conduct static reviews, collaborate with development and product teams, and develop testing frameworks for hardware products on critical infrastructure.
- Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Expertise in test design techniques for optimal coverage, including requirements coverage, end-to-end testing, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, exploratory testing, user paths and scenarios, and data-driven testing.
- Extensive experience in the testing life cycle, including test methodologies, defining test plans and scripts, test execution, and defect management.
- Experience with hardware products, IoT device testing, and testing against industry standards, specifications, and business requirements.
- Strong communication skills, good understanding of risk and risk-based testing, and experience in developing and improving test processes.
