    Technical Manager - Residential

    Midlands Based

    We are delighted to have been retained by a privately owned Residential Developer focused on developing sustainable Residential schemes in the Midlands and wider regional UK. They have recently had investment from a significant institutional investor.

    The Role

    They are looking to expand their Northampton development team by appointing a Technical Manager. You will join their close-knit team as a key player who will actively lead some of their most exciting and challenging projects.

    Every day will be different, this will go from delivering a scheme on-site, and working on development appraisals to procuring a contractor who can provide best-in-class service and ESG credentials. Going forward the successful person will be best placed to grow into a senior leadership position within the business.

    What do you need to bring?

    Demonstrable experience managing the Design programmes to make sure the colleagues and team members are providing information on time and moving towards a site start.

    You need to have a thirst for learning and be willing to wear multiple hats, in a fast-paced environment.

    You need to be ready to accelerate your career, but willing to 'roll your sleeves' up and scale up as the business does.

    The ability to be proactive in driving change forward, keeping on top of the latest trends, market demands and sustainability measures,

    Collegiate mentality, the team focuses on the name on the front of the shirt (not the back)

    The belief that every day is a school day and I am going to make the most of every opportunity presented

    Other Details

    Salary Circa £60k - £75k

    £5k car allowance

    Bonus TBC

    Plus wider benefits package

    Location - Northampton ( with Flexibility, typically 3 days in the office and 2 days out or on-site )
