    Configuration Maestro:

    Dive into the heart of our client's network infrastructure, thoughtfully configuring various components such as Unified Communications and Collaboration, Routing, Switching, Storage, SDN and Wireless technologies.

    Steer the ship during network outages by following the Major Incident Management Process meticulously, ensuring swift resolutions and minimal disruptions.

    Undertake and lead 'Root Cause Analysis' investigations, putting on your detective hat to solve network faults, security concerns, and performance issues.


    Collaborative Specialist:

    Work hand-in-hand with the network architect and solutions team, providing crucial technical support and insight during the implementation of projects into Service and Support.

    Bring your extensive knowledge and experience with Cisco technologies to the forefront, showcasing expertise in Unified Communication applications, Routing/Switching, Wireless networking, Cisco ISE, and more.

    Navigate both physical and virtual networks with ease, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our client's estate.


    Tooling Extraordinaire:

    Leverage your experience with tools such as Cisco Prime, OpsView, and others, elevating our capabilities in network monitoring and management.

    High-level in-depth knowledge of Cisco technologies to include, Cisco Unified Communication applications and devices, Cisco Wireless Networking and Cisco ISE.

    CCNA Certified and either working towards or ready to gain CCNP accreditation: Showcase your commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in networking.

    Exposure to a multitude of networks both physical and virtual.

    Software Defined Networking Guru:
    Demonstrate a solid grasp of Software Defined Networking, staying ahead of the curve in network innovation.

    Hold a Full UK Driving License, ready to embark on occasional travel to other sites and showcase your on-site expertise.

    Thrive in a dynamic environment, delivering results within flexible timelines and work.

    Toolbox Diversity:

    Bring in more expertise with experience in Linux Servers, Python Scripting Language, VMware vCentre, Ansible, Cisco Prime, OpsView or similar.

    Experience of Software Defined Networking
    Working knowledge of Cisco Wireless networking applications and devices.

    Employment Type:
    Full-time, Permanent

    Security Clearance Level:
    DV cleared or eligible to obtain DV clearance.
