    Responsibilities / Position overview

    We are seeking a Research Executive to join the quantitative research team within our Insights department. This role lies within our greater Insights and Strategy division, which serves our clients by enabling them to optimize the value and impact of their assets by developing comprehensive commercial strategy, providing powerful insights and consulting expertise.

    This is a hybrid work-setting opportunity with flexibility to suit your preferred remote and in-office schedule.

    The Research Executive will own and lead project deliverables to ensure effective management and implementation of research projects, as well as and oversee the development of key project deliverables and ensure they are within budget and meeting role will develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and serve as the point of contact regarding logistics.

    This role will also be responsible for performing quantitative research activities including designing research screeners, discussion guides and questionnaires, conducting one on one interviews, moderating focus groups, and lead brainstorming meetings.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have solid project management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to apply and demonstrate various research methods and skills.

    Additional Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree (2:1)
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a research-based project support role
  • Experience in the healthcare sector preferred
  • Functional knowledge in quant methodologies such as conjoint, pricing, or segmentation
  • Broad knowledge and range of accepted research methods and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
