The RFP Writer will report to Questionnaires Manager, and will be primarily focused on firm-level responses in questionnaires.

This is for a 12-month period to cover maternity leave paying a day rate of between £ experience dependent.

The submittal of well-written questionnaires is often a critical step in the institutional sales and client reporting processes.

To that end, the dedicated Questionnaires Team within Client Investment Services is responsible for the development of high-quality RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFIs (Requests for Information), DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires)nd other ad hoc questionnaires/deliverablesthat:

  • Assist in the procurement of new business
  • Meet the complex reporting requirements of current clients
  • Accurately, clearly, and articulately describe the firm and its investment solutions.
**Responsibilities

**Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: - Developing an expertise across the many other facets of firm-level content (e.g., trading, compliance, operational risk, etc.) to effectively craft and enhance responses

  • Peer reviewing questionnaires and other deliverables completed by the team as needed to ensure response accuracy, data reasonability, etc.
  • Ad hoc projects supporting business development and client reporting functions.
**Qualifications

  • Strong academic credentials and 5 years of relevant RFP/writing experience in the investment industry
  • Excellent investment writing, quantitative, and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail
  • The individual must be an independent selfstarter, a team player, and able to work on multiple assignments and complete highquality work against strict and competing deadlines that are dictated by prospects, consultants, and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Qvidian will be viewed favourably.
  • A positive, collegiate attitude and a high level of professionalism are essential.
