    Senior HR Consultant Opportunity

    Are you passionate about transforming HR practices and making a real impact within diverse organisations? Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Consultant to join our dedicated team. This role offers the chance to deliver high-level HR support and strategic solutions to their valued clients. You will be to lead and execute strategic HR projects, including redundancy, restructure, TUPE, and job evaluations, ensuring they are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standard.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Spearhead transformative HR projects such as Organisational Design, Redundancy, Restructuring, TUPE, and other critical HR initiatives.
    • Advise on Compensation and Benefits, including salary benchmarking and job evaluation, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
    • Offer expert HR guidance, developing bespoke processes to enhance operational efficiency, ensure legal compliance, and improve client satisfaction.
    • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, establishing yourself as a trusted HR advisor.
    • Support client teams through coaching on various HR matters, including performance management and people management strategies.
    • Stay abreast of HR trends and legal requirements, leveraging your expertise to ensure clients' HR strategies remain forward-thinking and compliant.

    What Makes You the Perfect Fit:

    • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Proven track record at the HRBP level, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated experience leading significant HR projects, such as TUPE, Redundancy, Organisational Design, and Restructuring.
    • A strong foundation in managing a comprehensive range of HR functions autonomously.
    • Expert knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations, paired with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
    • A proactive, flexible approach to work, thriving in environments of change and ambiguity.
