Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information
  • Utilize scripts to provide information about products or services
  • Up sell products or services when appropriate
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

Salary:
From £24,533.56 per year
