Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information
- Utilize scripts to provide information about products or services
- Up sell products or services when appropriate
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Salary:
From £24,533.56 per year
