    Job Purpose: To aid the Head Chef on location to feed the cast, crew and supporting artists.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    Chefs will be expected to have a broad knowledge of different cuisines and be able to create hot and cold dishes, under the guidance of the head chef.

    You must be able to work efficiently and have a high level of cleanliness to meet the meal times on set.

    You will be expected to be able to maintain a friendly approach to crew and your colleagues.

    Requirements:

    • Will need to be able to drive, and have access to a car
    • Able to work flexible hours (this can range from early morning starts to night shoots depending on the shoot)
    • Freelancer (Ad Hoc)
    • Level 2 Food and Safety
    • Allergen certificate

    Working Conditions:

    You will be onsite across the UK mainly the South East, should the Film and TV production be moving from the main base you will be provided with accommodation.

    You will work in a mobile catering unit with other members of the team. You should be willing to work in different locations from fields in the countryside to a carpark in Waterloo.

    Fuel is paid for as locations differ
