    The Key Account Manager is the key point of contact for the company s key customers. This role has the responsibility to develop and maintain strong Customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. You must have a stable job history ,experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate career progression.

    The primary responsibility of the Key Account Manager is to adopt a focused approach to managing and nurturing business relationships with the Company s key customers. It involves identifying and understanding the customer needs, managing the accounts and communicating regularly to build customer loyalty and relationships.

    The Key Account Manager will aim to maximize ongoing value for the customer while also driving revenue growth and profitability for the Company.

    As part of this role the Key Account Manager will also be involved within Business Development activities. This is the process of implementing strategies and opportunities across the Company to promote growth and boost revenue. You will be required to pursue opportunities to assist in business growth, identify new prospects, and to potentially convert new leads into Customers.

    This position offers a 39 hour working week and offers flexi time working.
