    This global automotive SaaS company has more than two decades of experience in the fleet telematics and SVR market, across six continents. Following recent investment in a new product line and an internal promotion, we're looking for a Manager for their Enterprise Customer Success Team.

    This is your opportunity to manage, develop and enhance your team across a customer base of 300 and growing, with a ARR of over £11 Million - which is about 40% of UK turnover. You'll manage a team of 6 Customer Success Managers across the country. This role has been marked as a key strategic hire within the business and will be reporting into the previous steward of the role, leaving you in safe hands.

    You will have close contact with the senior leadership and development teams to enhance products also cross-functionally with the group that work all across IOT and Smart Technologies for the future.

    You'll be doing this:

    • Meeting agreed targets, such as customer retention, growth, and customer health
    • Participating with and lead initiatives across internal and external stake holders
    • Setting clear regional goals and objectives are that are shared to the UK Enterprise Customer Success Team
    • Establish short-term and mid-term plans aligned with the business strategy and optimize resources to ensure that team objectives are consistently met
    • Support the UK CSS Team through leader to leader collaboration, coaching and supporting them where necessary with customers and issues.

    And you'll need this:

    • Working knowledge GPS systems preferable.
    • Strong customer conflict management skills.
    • Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.
    • Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and builds successful working relationships.
    • High level of business acumen & strategic thinking.
