Right now, we're looking for a Maintenance Planner West Cluster to join our European Shared Support Hub based in either Manchester or the Netherlands.

The Shared Support Hubs comprise of three different hubs, which are subsequently separated into Clusters of Operating Companies (OpCos) within HEINEKEN.

This role is within the West Cluster which includes Ireland, UK, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

These Shared Support Hubs concentrate three specialisms (Maintenance, Capex-C and Quality & Technology) and will operate on a European level.

This means that the expertise and strengths of the OpCos will be combined and there will be OpCo-wide cooperation.

About the role

This is a great role for an experienced Planner to get their teeth into, you'll play a supporting role across all 8 breweries within the west cluster.

The role will review, align and govern maintenance processes across Heineken OpCos and look for commonalities across the Brewery sites on long and mid-term Maintenance planning based on the HEINEKEN Asset Care Standards (HACS).

You'll support the sites to identify any gaps and support the continuous improvement of maintenance processes & systems based on TPM PM.

The role will be responsible for coordinating high level maintenance overhaul planning (outages) with the Opco production planning teams and support the breweries to align OEM / supplier resources.

Who we're looking for

  • A positive outlook with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience of modern planned maintenance techniques and Computerised Maintenance Methodology (CMM) systems
  • Previous experience working in a similar highly automated and safety critical manufacturing site, preferably across multisites within FMCG
  • Confidence and ability to work autonomously
We embrace learning and growth and we anticipate there is scope to develop in this role.

You're also likely to bring experiences to this role that are not listed above - as long as you have a thirst for learning and development, not every box needs to be ticked when it comes to skillsets.
