Opportunity for a strong experienced Payroll Analyst. Working in the education sector for an established Establishment

Client Details
A reputable education Establishment, based in central London

Description

The key responsibilities:

Design and prototyping of payroll affecting system functionality
Review new functionality documentation and make recommendations
Business process review and reengineering where required
Testing on patches
Downloading tax codes
Identification of policy updates where required
System Configuration and Testing
BI Reporting
Running reports

Profile

Excellent payroll knowledge to include statutory family friendly leave, tax calculations, RTI, Pension and GL requirements
Proven experience of HR & Payroll system configuration
Experience of testing e.g. automatic patches, functional testing and new feature releases
Experience of process mapping
Excellent communication skills
Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and nontechnical audience
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence, motivate and build rapport with others
Innovative and proactive approach to work and professional development
Exceptional time management skills and the ability manage priorities and conflicting deadlines
Understanding of GDPR Legislation
Knowledge of Work Force Management systems e.g Rostering, Online Time sheets,
Previous experience and knowledge of PeopleXD (CoreHR)
