    Centre Point Recruitment has partnered with a well-established and leading independent estate agency based in the City of London, E14. We are currently assisting them with the recruitment of a Senior Property Manager.

    Our client wishes to hire someone with proven experience within property management, who can offer supervision and support to the existing team of 2.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Provide supervision to the existing property management team (2 people).
    • General Property maintenance.
    • Property inspections (the actual inspections are outsourced, but PMs deal with the condition of the property that is reported)
    • Tenancy vacating
    • Check-outs and deposit returns
    • Statutory certificates (gas safety inspections, EPCs, EICRs, PAT testing etc)
    • HMO management (we have a very small number of HMO properties, but inspections at these are done in house)
    • New move-ins (from the point of satisfactory reference received)
    • Renewals
    • Day to day management of tenancies

    Key requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years experience within property management (essential).
    • Possess sound legal knowledge of all lettings matters.
    • Exceptional communication skills (in person, over the telephone, and via email)

    Location: City of London

    Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday

    Hybrid: 1 day from home

    Salary: £38,000 – £40,000

    Development: Potential to grow the team and step-up into a Head of Property Management role.
