    Lead Procurement Manager Commercial, Contracts, ERP Systems, NEC4, CCS, CIPS, SC cleared

    A long-term contract for an SC Cleared senior Procurement manager has become available within the Public Sector, You will be developing and implementing strategic procurement plans aligned with company goals and objectives. Whist Leading the procurement strategy development, including category management, supplier selection, and contract negotiation

    The responsibilities of this role:

    Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

    Lead procurement strategy development, including category management, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.

    Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

    Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and evaluate potential vendors, assess their capabilities, and negotiate favourable terms and pricing.

    Develop and implement vendor management strategies to optimize supplier relationships and drive value for the company.

    You will be able to demonstrate:

    Knowledge Public sector procurement regulation and experience of applying these to contracts and procurements.

    An understanding of and experience in managing contracts ideally NEC 4

    Knowledge of and experience in using Crown Commercial Service procurement frameworks

    Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people.

    Procurement Management, or a related field. professional certification (eg, CSCP, CPSM, CIPS) is preferred.

    Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems, E-procurement systems advanced
