Description

The property Inspector role is to Inspect properties as per inspection schedule and advise on the Safety of properties, highlighting and recording issues that could cause physical or material damage, cause reputational harm or result in litigation.

Property Inspector Responsibilities include:

Identifying and reporting Fire Safety, Health and Safety, Environmental Health, and Maintenance issues to the responsible departments.
Inspections to be followed through as per Code of Conduct, rules and procedures implemented, for whom the Property Manager is their primary contact.
Producing property reports and keeping accurate records in required format.
Test Fire Alarms and record test results.

Property Inspector Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
2 years plus experience in a customer servicerelated environment
Natural problem solver and a track record in overcoming difficult issues/situations.
Ability to think quickly on your feet in a highly pressurised environment.
Comfortable with technology.
