Description
Do you have customer service experience, and are you seeking a new job in Salford / Preston? Electricity North West is looking for a Customer Insights Business Partner, and the role comes with a salary of £40,000 and excellent benefits.
You will be working in partnership with the Head of Domestic to be the voice of the customer and drive performance through customer feedback.
- Challenge and influence leaders in their thinking to continuously drive improvements in the overall customer experience
- Work collaboratively with the Connections WLT to analyse data, trends and behaviours and recommend/deliver improvements to achieve a sustainable customer satisfaction performance
- Engage with market research organisations to develop surveys and feedback from customers where additional information is required, then use this information to promote an improvement in performance.
To succeed in this Customer Experience role, you will need excellent communication skills, excellent Excel and Word literate skills and a driving license.
You will also require the following:
- Specific industry or technical/professional/educational qualifications, key competencies, skills, behaviours or experience needed to satisfy the full requirements of the role
- Experience in customer service, presentation development and delivery skills
- Analytical and research skills.
