    HYBRID: TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY IN OUR RUDDINGTON, NOTTINGHAM OFFICE.

  • The role:

    As a People Partner, you will be instrumental in building organisational capabilities and leading strategic people planning initiatives. The role involves collaborating with the Divisional Leadership Team to create and implement a comprehensive People Plan, driving engagement through insights from our employee opinion survey (The Big Conversation), and advancing talent mapping processes. You'll be pivotal in succession planning, employee relations, project management, and fostering key relationships within the company.

    Responsibilities

    Strategic People Planning:
    - Partnering with leadership to develop a People Plan aligning with the organisation's vision.
    - Utilising survey insights to prioritise engagement-driving activities and establish clear leadership accountability.
    - Identifying development opportunities for colleagues and connecting them to operational needs.
    - Spearheading succession planning initiatives and risk mitigation efforts.
    - Crafting solutions to align organisational structures with growth business needs.

    Employee Relations:
    - Managing complex ER cases and supporting People Assistants in process and risk assessments.
    - Enhancing Managers' understanding of ER processes and legislation.
    - Gathering data to inform policy and process improvements.

    Projects:
    - Leading impactful companywide or divisional projects.
    - Scoping project requirements, identifying stakeholders, establishing milestones and principles.
    - Prioritising projects in harmony with organisational change.
    - Utilising data and statistics to narrate the impact of your initiatives.

    Developing Relationship:
    - Collaborating with the Centre of Excellence team on Reward, Talent Development, Acquisition, and Communications.
    - Building trusted relationships with Chiefs, Senior VPs, and VPs.

    Data & KPIs:- Developing and interpreting data sets to inform divisional strategies.
    - Employing KPIs and data analytics to guide leaders in prioritising people activities.

    Skills and Experience

    Demonstrable experience in leading key people projects.
    - Proven ability to use people data to drive strategic decisions.
    - A history of shaping and implementing People Plans.
    - Expertise in managing Senior Stakeholder relationships.
    - Considerable experience within HR, ideally at a Senior Advisor level or as a Junior HR Partner.
    - Working towards or having attained CIPD Level 5 is an advantage but not mandatory.
