Part-time Administrator
Hours:
Monday to Friday 10 a.m. - 2/2.30 p.m.
Rate of pay:
£12 - £15 per hour depending upon experience and knowledge
Holiday entitlement: 28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays pro-rata
My client is seeking to recruit a part-time administrator to join their busy team.
The role will include the following duties:
- General administration
- Taking incoming telephone calls, directing the calls and/or taking messages and dealing with the enquiry
- Liaising with clients on a general basis
- Preparing & sending out invoices
- Credit Control
- Streamline their contact/client database using Excel
- Organising and improving efficiencies to ensure excellent customer service
- Organise diaries
Skills required:
- A proven track record in an administrative role
- Experience in working with an Account Software Package i.e. Sage
- Excellent and professional telephone manner
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Excellent I.T. skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Qualities required:
- Excellent attendance and time keeping
- Reliable and hard working
- Confidentiality
- Someone who believes in their quality of work and looking for longevity
- Professional presentation

Credit Control: 3 years (preferred)
Accounts Software: 3 years (preferred)
