Part-time Administrator

Hours:
Monday to Friday 10 a.m. - 2/2.30 p.m.

Rate of pay:
£12 - £15 per hour depending upon experience and knowledge

Holiday entitlement: 28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays pro-rata

My client is seeking to recruit a part-time administrator to join their busy team.

The role will include the following duties:

  • General administration
  • Taking incoming telephone calls, directing the calls and/or taking messages and dealing with the enquiry
  • Liaising with clients on a general basis
  • Preparing & sending out invoices
  • Credit Control
  • Streamline their contact/client database using Excel
  • Organising and improving efficiencies to ensure excellent customer service
  • Organise diaries

Skills required:

  • A proven track record in an administrative role
  • Experience in working with an Account Software Package i.e. Sage
  • Excellent and professional telephone manner
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent I.T. skills including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Professional presentation

Job Types:

Salary:
£12.00-£15.00 per hour

  • Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
Accounts Administration: 3 years (preferred)
Credit Control: 3 years (preferred)
Accounts Software: 3 years (preferred)
