    Role: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

    Salary: £85,000

    Package: £106,250

    Wedo is an exclusive partner to a Global Financial Services organisation that advises three-quarters of the world's leading insurers and are one of the world's largest providers of actuarial and insurance solutions. Their software and enterprise products leverage SaaS, Cloud, Data Management, Analytics as well as Machine Learning and AI.

    They are now looking for 2 Senior Site Reliability Engineers to join their SRE community of practice, This will operate in a response team as well as with the core Application used 24/7 globally.

    The successful Senior SRE will have the following experience:

    • Experience working as a Site Reliability Engineering with evidence of putting things together, setting things up and making stuff happen.
    • Experience of running 24x7 services in a public cloud, specifically Azure.
    • You have strong understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure and services, including best practices for monitoring, scaling, and security
    • You help testers with unit test
    • You help DevOps with setting up and configuring CI/CD
    • You have experience of setting up observability platforms such as Datadog or similar tools
    • You are pragmatic in nature and find problems to solve
    • You are strong in scripting and understand engineering principals
