Junior ICT Infrastructure Support Engineer

Tasks:

As an ICT Infrastructure Engineer, it is your responsibility to ensure that our ICT infrastructure functions efficiently and that our systems are secure
You will also participate as a team member in projects aimed at enhancing our services and implementing new technologiesbased solutions
Provide remote and onsite first
Configure and maintain central IT hardware and software systems, including laptops and printers
Actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing ICT services and implementing cuttingedge solutions
Collaborate with international ICT teams and support operations in UK, France, and Benelux

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a closely related field
Knowledge of ICT Infrastructure, Networks, and Security
Initial Handson experience with a variety of systems and technologies, such as Active Directory; DNS; DHCP; MS Exchange; MS Office365; Windows / MacOS; Windows Servers, Virtual machines; Wi-Fi access points and controllers; VPNs; antivirus systems; printers
You are a team worker with strong problemsolving skills and a desire to learn new technologies
Proficiency in English both orally and in writing
