WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be supporting the Directors with PA duties, alongside managing the smooth running of the London office.
- Inbox management
- Diary management
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations
- Expense management
- Acting as first point of contact for visitors & calls
- Organise company events
- Adhoc administrative duties
- Office management support
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have two-three years' experience in a similar role, have good sense of judgement and ability to make decisions.
Essential requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent IT skills, thorough knowledge of MS Office packages
- Impeccable written & verbal communication skills
- Proactive nature, ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good use of initiative, can work independently without
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
