Our client is looking to strengthen their telecoms division with a Fibre Build Manager to work on telecoms trunk route projects throughout Buckinghamshire & Berkshire.

Salary to £65k | Company Car + Fuelcard | 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays:

Key Essentials:_

Reporting to the Operations Director, responsible for overseeing Civils & Cabling Supervisors each responsible for up to 5 teams, involved in large telecoms spine build projects
Hands on position split between site and office based, responsible for overseeing complex planning processes
Understanding and managing telecoms spine build project
Liaising with the Contracts Manager with the allocation of work
Scheduling forthcoming work and ensuring that any required traffic management is in place
Regularly updating project programme of work

Requirements:_

Project management experience of telecom spine build projects
Excellent knowledge of splicing and cabling on PIA / new build networks
Good communication and project planning skills
