A global technology consulting and digital solutions client of ours is looking for a Mainframe Operations Support Specialist to join their growing team in the UK. Below are more details of the position -

Ideal Qualifications

• Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of CICS TS 5 5 SMP E Omegamon ACF2 or RACF CICSPlex SM
• Past working experience on relevant systems i e CICS and third-party product installation and support
• Availability to work the shift pattern required for this role i e This team provides 24 7 supports therefore you will be required to provide cover when fully competent in the Banks processes
• Experience working in relevant environment s i e Mainframe Sysplex experience is desirable but not essential
• Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
• Planned projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities using a variety of analysis and problem-solving techniques
• Proven experience of successful project management utilising relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery
