    It is mandatory for all carers at Care Staffing to undertake and complete our Induction Process before commencing any duties of care.

    As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our assisted living facility.

    This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and a deep understanding of senior care, including medication administration and dementia care.

    We are looking for a positive, dynamic leader with the highest standards in care. You will be passionate about wanting to build the best team to deliver outstanding care.

    To ensure service delivery to service users is person-centred, safe and compliant with both CQC and the company policies and procedures.

    To lead and supervise a group of health care assistants and all our clients support.

    To ensure your team provide and maintain the highest levels of care in line with the Company's vision, policies and procedures.


    • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the care industry & CQC requirements.
    • Support the team to set up any new care packages ensuring all relevant documentation is in place in a timely manner
    • Must have experience within the Domiciliary Care Sector.
    • Must hold a current British driving license and access to own vehicle.
    • A good understanding of risk management and health and safety management.
    • Self-motivated, organised, flexible, and caring.
    • Post holders may be required to work on shift when necessary.
    • Participate in the on-call rota (which will include some evenings and weekends).
    • Liaise with Local authorities and raise monthly invoices
    • Commitment to providing high quality care at all times

    Level 5 Health and Social Care - or working towards this
    Full UK driving Licence and access to own vehicle
    Ability to work flexible hours including the weekends
