- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject and/or have hands-on equivalent experience
- Strong, demonstrable experience in managing a busy IT service desk operation with a legacy of hitting SLAs and managing successful teams
- Exceptional knowledge of IT service management principles and practices, such as ITIL
- The ability to develop and foster an inclusive and collaborative working environment at all levels
- High levels of organisation, structure, and problem-solving ability
