This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic and committed Billings Specialist to join a high-performance global Finance team in a world-leading professional services firm and work among friendly and collaborative team.
As a Billing Coordinator in our Billing team, you will have a pivotal role in providing a comprehensive and commercially focused billing service to the London office.
The role is unique in so far as it is a direct interface with the Practice Groups - the front line / shop window of Finance - and is the main contact point in Finance for a widerange of queries.
If the role did not exist the firm could not draft & finalise its bills; provide the various and increasingly demanding supportive information requested by clients; or deal with related matter management issues such as write offs, transfers and matter routines.
It offers opportunities to gain a wide range of skills and experience through on-the-job training, in-house training programmes, and support from friendly, approachable and experienced billing colleagues.
We are looking for:
- Prior experience of multicurrency billing to various jurisdictions
- Understanding of eBilling would be preferable
- Knowledge of VAT and CCO is preferable
- Drive and determination to deliver under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills are critical to this role, as is the ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Confidence in building relationships within the team and the practice
The role is a 12-month fixed term contract, based at the London headquarters with a hybrid working model available and possibility to extend to permanent contract after 12 months.
