- Receive, check and locate material consignments
- Book in material receipts on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Pick and pack material consignments for dispatch both internally and externally
- Pick and collate materials for production build to schedules from various onsite Stores/Warehouses
- Collect and deliver offsite supplier/customer consignments
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and reliable stock control and provision for production
- Assist with stock takes and conduct regular cyclic stock checks
- Engage in the continuous improvement activities of the Business to improve processes
- Act in accordance with the behaviours for UTAC SV staff at all times
- Basic numeracy and literacy
- A fork truck (Reach & Balance) license would be advantageous, although not essential as training will be provided.
- Experience within an engineering stores environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Methodical and organised to ensure accurate system and documentation recording to ensure zero parts shortages and timely material deliveries
- Computer literate and have experience of various Microsoft software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Personable leader, able to communicate effectively at all levels
