Who we are looking for:

You will lead sales opportunity pursuits into existing and new Commercial sector customers. You will be responsible for developing your own accounts and new business pursuits, quickly forming effective and productive internal virtual team relationships with existing solutions and client services leads in pursuit of the Commercial Sector business plan targets

Your main responsibilities will include:

achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets, opportunity prospecting, sales qualification, construction, execution and leadership of complex selling campaigns, virtual team management, pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting.

This will include owning the sales functions' contributions to proposition/bid writing involved in the response to structured procurement processes.


Required Experience:

5-10+ years of demonstrable success in selling professional services and cloud software based solutions to enterprise level customers:

  • Extensive experience of leading major sales campaigns, involving C-suite level engagement and influence, culminating in deal values between £500k
  • £2M+
  • Extensive experience of selling software design, development/build and test professional service solutions
  • Experience of selling opensource and AWSbased software solutions
  • Knowledge and experience of solution selling into our key Commercial sector industries
  • Extensive experience of successfully building, managing and executing opportunity, account and territory/sector sales plans
  • Evidence of building sustainable sales success through a consultative, relationshipbased sales approach
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

Desirable experience:


  • Educated to Degree level
  • Wider experience of the IT industry enabling you to productively participate in Kerv Group crossselling initiatives, focused on delivering the full Kerv group portfolio and valueadd into our customer base.
