- Input and help shape Clean Air's annual Communications Framework (plan)
- Bring your ideas and energy, where the expectation is a break from the norm
- Empowered, although supported, to deliver a series of key initiatives and activities that create impact
- Create clear, concise, compelling content across a range of formats – written and visual; digital and physical
- Manage core channels, such as our thriving Viva Engage community – Airwaves – our studio webcasts – Airwaves Live - SharePoint Fresh, Microsoft Stream, and DotDigital etc.
- Coordinate work with approved JM third party suppliers and agencies, including event, film production and design
- Liaise and collaborate with colleagues in the central Group Communications team, to ensure brand compliance and visual standards, and to surface success stories within group channels
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written
- Experience of managing a project either locally or globally
- Ability to work with senior leaders. Candidate will need gravitas, ability to make a positive impression and work collaboratively with leadership teams
- Ability to work in global teams, build relationships and networks across Clean Air and JM
- Fluency in English
- A self-starter, able to work remotely without close supervision
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, changing environment
