Pensions Administrator

£21,000 - £30,000 per annum (part-time available too)

Remote (Work from home)

We are currently supporting our client, a well-respected, highly renowned industry leader, who due rapid business growth is now keen to grow the Pensions department.

At present, all roles are based working from home and the client has an excellent system in place to onboard new members of staff remotely as well as dedicated teams to support you at every turn


You will join a welcoming and helpful team where you will be ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered to clients at all times.

You will need to have strong experience and knowledge within Defined Benefit.


Main duties will include:


  • Creating, and maintaining, consistent and accurate scheme records and events
  • Meeting and exceeding set key performance indicators and quality standards
  • Completing all tasks using current work procedures
  • Amending policies, and offering general advice to members
  • Liaising with Senior Pension Administrators to ensure work is of a high standard, and is compliant with regulations
  • Participating in and promoting good team communications
  • Assisting the wider Pensions team by completing general administrative tasks
  • Supporting less experienced members of the team
  • Someone with experience in working with DB Pensions Schemes is essential for this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills, with a GCSE grade C or above in Maths or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • An ability to achieve and exceed targets, and to work towards deadlines
