Up to £27,000
Flexible Hours - between 28 hours and 35 hours
MAIN PURPOSE:
To oversee, develop and improve the running of the Community Services Business support function.
To develop maintain, and review systems and processes for consistent and accurate collation, analysis and reporting of key business data and management information to support budgeting, finance and contractual processes.

The Role:
- To carry out day to day management of the Community Services Business Support Function
- To effectively manage, develop and engage the Community Services Business Support team to provide an accurate, timely and efficient service to the Community Services team
- To ensure that the admin and electronic systems used in the function are fit for purpose, reviewed regularly, and utilised to the maximum benefit of Community Services.
- To ensure the Community Services Business Team provide an efficient and effective service to the Community Services Management Team and relevant Support Services.
- To Work with the Community Services Area Managers to identify and develop a suite of databases and systems for compiling, maintaining analysing and reporting on key commercial and financial data for community Services
- To assist operational management in ensuring appropriate and consistent use of the system across the Trust
- Working with the IT department as required ensure that system changes and updates are identified, implemented and communicated in a coordinated and planned way.
- Create, maintain and control an up to date register of users with appropriate security level records.
About You:
- The post holder will be expected, at all times, to be familiar and comply with the written policies, procedures and guidelines for good practice, issued by The Disabilities Trust
- Ensure the Health & Safety policy and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Take personal responsibility for own health and safety and report incidents and potential hazards as necessary.
