    Supply Chain Director - Retail/Luxury/FMCG
Experience in luxury and FMCG sectors is a must.

Elevate your career trajectory by steering the supply chain helm at this luxury retailer where excellence in product delivery and service is not just an aspiration but a daily pursuit.

As the esteemed Supply Chain Director, you will orchestrate the entire supply chain spectrum.

Your leadership will be pivotal in crafting an efficient and responsive supply chain framework that amplifies customer satisfaction, bolsters sales, and enhances profitability.

My client, located in the heart of Cambridgeshire, is offering a full-time role with a handsome remuneration package. The role also embraces the modernity of work-life balance with the possibility of a hybrid working pattern.
In this pivotal role, your strategic vision will redefine the manufacturing landscape, leveraging benchmarking to fine-tune our footprint. You will be the architect of our strategic sourcing, transforming procurement and fortifying supplier relationships.
Your expertise will guide the evolution of our UK manufacturing facility, integrating cutting-edge technology and automation. Your day-to-day leadership will ensure logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing operations are the epitome of efficiency and quality.

Harnessing the power of ERP systems, you will bring transparency and control to the supply chain, embedding quality control measures that adhere to stringent industry standards.

Your commitment to lean and six sigma methodologies will elevate service levels, and your strategic foresight will keep the organization at the forefront of industry advancements.

To excel in this role, you will bring a wealth of experience from both large corporates and SMEs, ideally within a private equity-backed environment.

Your director-level expertise in manufacturing, procurement, sourcing, logistics, and warehousing will be complemented by your experience with overseas manufacturing outsourcing.

Your willingness to travel, particularly to Europe, will be essential. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in establishing S&OP processes and implementing ERP systems. Your leadership should reflect a history of transformational success without sacrificing quality.
Experience in furniture manufacturing and a grasp of merchandising and product development will be highly regarded. The role demands a resourceful individual who thrives under pressure, prioritizes effectively, and consistently achieves targets.
