    A leading Lloyd's of London InsurTech provider are looking for a Technical Analyst who will be the vital link between their information technology infrastructure and their business objectives.

    As Technical Analyst, you will support and ensure the successful completion of research, analytical assessments, writing and communicating work for the company's Ecosystem of insurance lifecycle software features.


    Please note that only applicants with London Market Insurance experience will be considered for this roleResponsibilities:

    Proactive attitude in understanding the implications of new requirements to existing infrastructure, and where applicable recommend proactive and innovative solutions to complex problemsMaintain expert knowledge on the systems and tools within the scope of the team's responsibilityDefine business analysis requirements and configuration specifications for new and existing featuresWrite up functional requirements accurately and concisely ensuring clarity and unambiguityOwn and develop relationship with internal and external partners, working with them to optimise and enhance features, functions, and integration to third party servicesAssist in the preparation of the implementation study documents and subsequent written output required on the project or programmeReport on common sources of business and technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product teamLiaise effectively with the offshore teams especially ensuring a clarity of functional understanding in the transition to design and buildCommunicate key insights, market developments and findings to the product teamConstantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customerRequirements:Minimum 5 years' experience of technical skills including but not limited to exposure of Azure DevOps and .

    Net, SQL, JSON integration, Angular development and PythonStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with immediate team members, colleagues in across the business and new and existing customersProven experience in eliciting requirements and profiling different user persona's needsExperience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions which are presented as business process diagrams, entity life histories and user journeysAbility to work proactively in researching, learning, and defining creative options and solutions to simple and highly complex business needsGood experience in writing requirement specifications based on Agile methodologies that employ the Epic, Feature, User Story approachStrong written and verbal communication skills including business and technical writing skills
