    Client Partner / Account Director

    Synchro is working closely with a recognised industry specialist as well as the UK's fastest growing organisation in their field, as they look to support their continued growth with the hire of a new Client Partner / Account Manager.

    Based out of Warwick, this role will require you to be office based 3 times per week with 2 days working remotely. This organisation has a very mature approach to work and will offer lots of flexibility in this role. There are no KPI's or sales targets – however you will be paid commission / bonus on all retained, renewal and new business wins.

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Partner / Account Manager with exceptional commercial and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients via a mixture of existing, renewal and retained customers, as well as new business / new client wins. You will be given a 'warm desk' with a long list of existing clients and leads.

    Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to existing and new customers.

    Any experience in the Insurance, Medical or Healthcare sectors in a Sales / Account Management / Client Partner role would be beneficial, although this is not essential.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients as well as understanding their needs and objectives.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing ongoing support.
    • Conduct regular client reviews to assess their insurance coverage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position as a preferred provider.

    Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 base salary – OTE approx. £80,000 - £90,000 - Uncapped
