    Fantastic opportunity to take forward your Pensions industry experience with this leading Professional Trustee specialist.

    You will ideally have a strong technical understanding of DB pension scheme arrangements, able to confidently and proactively support the Scheme Secretary with all duties.

    Benefit from a hybrid working structure with attendance split across the month with office attendance and attending meetings. About the roleTake the lead role on an allocation of clients appropriate to size and complexity.

    Provide support to the lead Secretaries on the larger and more complex clients, acting as a second point of contact to the Trustees and key stakeholders.

    Support the efficient and timely delivery of services to clients on schemes where appointed as Scheme Secretary, monitoring actions and service levels.

    Where required, act as cover and point of contact on all schemes and client related projects on the Secretarial and Support team.

    Co-ordination of Trustee meetings and subcommittees including venue arrangements and attendees, alongside the preparation and timely dispatch of meeting packs for Trustee meetings and sub-committees.

    About you Ability / Willingness to develop skills and knowledge required to lead on secretarial appointments.
    A basic knowledge of UK occupational pension schemes (DB, DC, or Hybrid), including the role of trustees and sponsors.
    Ability to prioritise, organise and carry out tasks within deadlines.
